The hotel's location in the bustling old quarter allowed easy access to all the city's attractions, perfect for a cultural enthusiast like me. The staff, led by the friendly and proactive Manager, Peter, were attentive to our needs, even going the extra mile to ensure a seamless experience. Though the room was simple and lacked a window, it served its purpose well for our short stay. The firm bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the pillows were a standout feature that provided a restful night's sleep. A minor issue with the room's lighting was quickly resolved by the helpful staff, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. The secure environment, coupled with the quiet surroundings, contributed to a peaceful night's rest. Although the mattress was a tad firmer than I prefer, the excellent service and cozy atmosphere more than made up for it. In conclusion, Aviary Hanoi Hotel & Travel presents a compelling proposition for travelers seeking a balance between affordability and quality service in the heart of Hanoi's vibrant old quarter.
